There are no such things as miracle weight loss drugs or pills. The thing is, even with most potent CLA supplements, herbs, meal replacements and other such stuffs, nothing will be gained permanently if you would not lift yourself from your continually aggravating physical troubles.

Even though CLA supplements are proven to help you shed a maximum of 4 pounds annually, without the need of changing your lifestyle or intensifying your workouts, it is still a weak weight loss strategy.

On animal studies, CLA is shown to be a good fat burner and in lowering leptin, a specific hormone associated with obesity. There are also a number of good indications that it can help control insulin level in the body but there are still no clear indicatives that it can actually help in the slimming process.

While all these are true, success on animals trials are no guarantees that they might as well be seen on humans.

While CLA supplements had been around in the market for years now, there are still not enough information that will lead us to conclude the it actually works and that it has minimum adverse side effects.

It is too early to make assumptions now. But the truth is, no one is assured of its effectiveness. If you will use it in conjunction with other supplements then good. Yet many authorities agree that the result from using CLA supplements against not using it has the same effects.
